This course is designed for those with little technical background who want to get started in the world of data analysis. The Power BI module gives them great employability in the current job market and the knowledge of Python, SQL and machime learning, place them at an advanced level within the Business Intelligence profession.
In 480 hours of hands-on, personalized learning with your mentor you will develop three complete projects. You will learn to program in Python and SQL and to manage and manipulate data structures(data sets). In the third module you will learn the advanced use of the Power BI tool, which is in great demand in the market.
At Ubiqum, we offer you a practical and professional training in Data Analytics and Machine Learning. This course consists of 3 projects, with which you will acquire the necessary experience for your first job as a data analyst.
In the first project, the student works as a data analyst for a retail company. His mission is to use data mining and machine learning techniques to investigate patterns in sales data and provide insights into customer buying trends and preferences. All this is executed using Python and SQL libraries for data extraction and manipulation.
In this first module the student acquires a first complete experience of a data analysis process. From the formulation of the business problem, the preparation of the data set, the creation of a model using a machine learning algorithm, to the presentation of recommendations to the business.
In this second module the student has a different mission.
Your job as a Data Scientist will be to identify which customer attributes are significantly related to non-payment situations. You are asked to build a predictive model that can be used to better classify customers compared to previously implemented models. Regression methods are used. Your work should be submitted as Jupyter Notebook (Python tool) to your GitHub account. Com any working professional.
During this course, students will have the opportunity to create a dashboard using Power BI, from scratch. Covering the whole cycle, from importing the data, processing it and creating the measures that will then help them create the final model. During the process, the student works as a consultant for AdventureWorks, a company specialized in the sale of clothing and sporting goods.
Additionally, and as a result of the student’s experience with Python in the previous modules, they will be introduced to DAX, the tool’s own language, which will allow them to use it in an advanced way and which makes it highly employable.
Our methodology and organization of the course allows you to combine these elements at your convenience and even change during the course, if your personal situation requires it.
With a dedication of 8 hours a day from Monday to Friday. Our methodology learning by doing by projects allows you flexibility in the hours of dedication throughout the day. Organize your time at your convenience as long as you respect deadlines and personal meetings with your mentor. You are never alone. Your mentor is available for any questions you may have in addition to scheduled one-on-one meetings.

Three hours of daily dedication are estimated, from Monday to Friday, to work on the tasks of the course, with total flexibility of schedules, except for the personal meetings with the mentor that have a fixed calendar. You are never alone, your mentor is available whenever you need him/her, apart from the planned one to one meetings.
